Food Prep at Yummy Poke

Yummy Poke in Rocklin, CA is looking for an awesome food-prep to join our team! We are located on 6696 Lone Tree Blvd #300. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Break down fish. This is a big part of your position. If you do not know how to cut fish, you must be willing to learn.
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, vegetables and other yummy ingredients.
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients

Qualifications

• Experience working in FOH & BOH positions
• Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
• Serve Safe Required
• RBS Training Required
