Export Doc Specialist - Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to ensure timely delivery of complete and correct export documents to customers, manifests to overseas agents and customs clearance.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform Data Quality Check.
• BL Entry to Presto according to NYK and Destination requirements
• EDI BL Entry
• Create/Update Customer Profiles
• E-mail communications internal/external and overseas
• Monitoring Actualization
• Monitoring Ground Lists
• Manifest and Load Lists
• Printing/Sending out documents.
• Documentation for VIP exclusive contract accounts
• Additional smaller port manifesting/emails/inputting docs
• Monitoring schedules
• Additional responsibilities, as required.
• Demonstrated effective “Integrity Value” by consistently acting courteously with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
• Demonstrated “Intensity Value” by working diligently and effectively with fellow team members.
Qualifications
