Job Description :
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a CRM developer to join our IT team on-site in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in CRM systems development and hands-on experience with both Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms.
Responsibilities of the CRM Developer :
- Design, develop, and modify the ServiceNow platform to optimize the use of modules such as ITSM, ITBM, and SPM for NSD business processes.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case / matter management platform using native Salesforce applications and custom-developed workflows.
- Integrate various Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) with Salesforce, including Litify / LegalStratus, iPublic Sector Foundations, and Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus.
- Utilize Flosum (DevOps) for development operations within Salesforce.
- Integrate additional mission partner data repositories, such as Max.gov, with Salesforce
