What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM Developer position at Zachary Piper Solutions?

Job Description :

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a CRM developer to join our IT team on-site in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in CRM systems development and hands-on experience with both Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms.

Responsibilities of the CRM Developer :

Design, develop, and modify the ServiceNow platform to optimize the use of modules such as ITSM, ITBM, and SPM for NSD business processes.
Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case / matter management platform using native Salesforce applications and custom-developed workflows.
Integrate various Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) with Salesforce, including Litify / LegalStratus, iPublic Sector Foundations, and Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus.
Utilize Flosum (DevOps) for development operations within Salesforce.
Integrate additional mission partner data repositories, such as Max.gov, with Salesforce

Qualifications of the CRM Developer :

10 years of experience in CRM systems development.

Bachelor's Degree in related field

Expertise in configuring, supporting, and maintaining ServiceNow.

Skilled in the configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.

Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance Required

Compensation for the CRM Developer :

Salary Range : $150,000-$175,000

depending on experience

Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Paid Holidays
