Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver food from the kitchen to the designated tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities: - Retrieve prepared food items from the kitchen and deliver them to the appropriate tables - Ensure all food items are accurately presented and meet quality standards - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Assist with food preparation tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service area - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly - Communicate effectively with both customers and team members Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic food safety guidelines is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, have good communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Food Runner.
