ZF is hiring a Sr. HR Generalist for its Aftermarket division in Garrett, IN! What you can look forward to as the Senior HR Generalist:
- Ensure effective implementation of organization and employee effectiveness initiatives, including career development, performance management and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all Division B and Region North America policies and procedures and all Federal and State employment laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll, time and attendance, compensation and benefits administration.
- Facilitate resourcing activities in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Center.
- Manage employee relations issues.
- Provide advice and counsel to management in handling employee situations, giving feedback, developing improvement plans, coaching and training
- Serve as a change agent and provide organizational direction to managing change.
- Facilitate affirmative action planning and implementation.
- Promote communication across all channels.
- Lead, train, develop, and maintain a professional staff capable of delivering the goals and objectives of the human resources organization.
Your Profile as the Senior HR Generalist:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources
- 6 years progressive human resources experience
- High level of personal credibility leading to successful partnerships with line management
- Superior problem solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, change management, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Thorough understanding of Governmental regulatory compliance requirements.
- HRIS system experience (i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft, Kronos, etc.) preferred
- PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
