Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing integration solutions that align Unifyr’s products with client systems and business processes. This role demands technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-centric approach to deliver seamless integrations and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their IT environments and develop tailored integration strategies that meet their needs.
- Implementation: Execute the setup, configuration, and testing of integration solutions, ensuring compatibility and performance across systems.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical challenges during the integration process, minimizing disruptions and maintaining project timelines.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including workflows, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Client Support: Provide hands-on support to clients during and after the integration process, ensuring smooth adoption and functionality of solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and customer success, to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Feedback Collection: Act as a customer advocate by gathering and communicating feedback to drive continuous improvement in Unifyr’s integration capabilities.
- Training: Conduct training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on integration best practices and system functionalities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in IT integration, systems engineering, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in integration tools, APIs, and data exchange protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing system interoperability.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
