We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, exploring the needs of the clients, and managing the design and proposal process to ensure the needs of the client are met. The Relationship Manager will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
 
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential projects and explore the needs of clients
- Manage the design and proposal process to ensure the needs of the client are met
- Understand how the client will use the system, priorities of different functions, and the budget of the client
- Perform lunch and learn, or similar type of presentations, to educate others on ZIO, the industry, or our solutions
- Stay aware of progress to help ensure that the client is fully satisfied
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field, or proven experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional environment
- Proven experience in relationship management, consultative sales, and complex sales processes on large scale or complex projects for large customers  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
