Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire students. Shift : Mon-Fri, 8 hours a day – 30 min unpaid lunch - 37.5 billable hours a week
School Location: Elementary Schools are throughout the district
Licenses and Other Requirements:
- Possession CTC with multiple subjects credential
- CLAD or BCLAD authorization, or equivalent. ** must be willing to complete exams to work toward this authorization required by the district ***
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share resources, strategies, and insights for improving student outcomes.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
