What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Advocate for Adoption Agency position at Zoe's House Adoption Agency?
Zoe’s House Adoption Agency is a Christian 501(c)3 organization and is looking for a rock-star Client Advocate to complete our team of professionals dedicated to adoption services and expectant mom care. Ideally, you are compassionate, intuitive, and love working directly with clients - you’ll need to serve clients with excellence all while maintaining compliant administrative files in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will:
- Perform intake services, direct services, and assessments related to adoptive services for birth families and adoptive families
- Conduct home studies, post-placement supervisory visits, and court reports for prospective adoptive couples
- Provide case management for birth and adoptive families
- Become familiar with adoption licensing and compliance
- Work independently and be able to balance multiple case loads at once
What we are looking for:
- You ideally have 2 years of experience working in a child placement agency
- You will have either an MSW or BSW or at least a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Counseling, or related social services field
- You are not afraid to learn new systems and software
- You are organized and punctual, but can handle the chaos of a pioneering environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented and strong work ethic
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and take initiative

Requirements:
- Submit to full background checks
- Agree with our Statement of Faith
- Bachelor’s in SW, Psychology, Counseling, or related social services field; MSW preferred
- Ability and willingness to drive long distances to meet clients
