SALES DIRECTOR | MORTGAGE BROKERAGE
Zoom Home Lending is looking for a Sales Director to lead and scale our mortgage sales organization.
This role is not for individual producers looking for a title.
This is for a proven mortgage sales leader who has built teams, driven volume, and understands the broker model at a high level.
This Role Owns:
- Sales strategy, execution, and performance across the organization
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining elite Loan Officers
- Production standards, accountability, and KPIs
- Coaching leaders and top producers, not babysitting
- Scaling volume while protecting margins and culture
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has successfully led broker-channel sales teams with UWM experience
- Understands LO economics, pricing, and margin control
- Leads with authority, discipline, and credibility
- Is comfortable owning results and being measured by outcomes

- 3 years' of sales leadership experience
- 5 years' of experience in sales
