Role Description
As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with Zoom Home Lending, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, from application to closing. Our MLOs benefit from a constant supply of warm leads, in addition to hot leads provided directly by our dedicated team of transfer specialists. This allows you to focus more on building relationships and closing loans, rather than prospecting. Your primary goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping clients secure the best possible mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
- MLO License (Required)
- Mortgage Industry experience (Preferred, but not required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to hot leads transferred directly to you by our lead transfer team
- Guide clients through the mortgage process, from pre-qualification to closing
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of mortgage products, rates, and industry guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide consistent communication
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction for the client
Role Type

- Commission-based-pay, with the highest rates in the industry
