Brooks Construction Co., Inc., was founded in 1956 and headquartered in Shawnee, Oklahoma. BCCI is one of the oldest privately owned telephone line construction firms in the nation. BCCI specializes in underground construction/ outside plant installation, copper placement, fiber optic placement, coaxial placement and splicing, trenching, plowing, earth rock sawing, directional boring, testing and system activation. Since 1956, Brooks Construction Co., Inc., has completed over 60,000 miles of telephone line construction for more than 100 telephone companies.
