Hopewell Health Centers, Inc. (HHC) is an integrated health care organization, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), and Community Health Center (CHC). We have been serving Southeastern Ohio for over 40 years. Our Mission is to provide access to affordable, high quality, integrated health care for all. Our organization offers a wide range of services, which includes comprehensive behavioral health care, primary health care, dental health care and early childhood services. At HHC, a variety of public and private insurances are accepted in addition to Medicaid, Medicare, or by a sliding fee ...scale (available to qualifying patients). HHC is governed by a Board of Directions comprised of patients and individuals from the communities in which we serve. Clinics are located in various counties including Athens, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton and Washington. School-based Services only are provided in counties including Belmont, Guernsey, Lawrence, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Pike and Scioto.
