What differentiates us is our combination of in-house tooling & molding, in other words we manufacture tooling molds for in-house production as well as for OEM manufacturers. We have two facilities a tooling shop with 35 employees, including seven engineers, where we design & manufacture roughly 20-30 molds per month, and a 75,000 sq. ft. molding facility with 35 presses ranging in size from 35 tons to 1250 tons. Many of our molding presses are state-of-the-art high speed machines, both electric and electro-hydraulic, with accumulated injection systems and dedicated robots well suited for competitive volume production.
