This role is in our Smart & Connected business and will be responsible for Attleboro S&C sample development, equipment and processes.
Commercial fleets and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are seeking to deploy smart and connected devices across trucks and trailers in order to generate actionable insight to reduce operating costs, improve uptime and enhance safety. As the Process Engineering Technician you will work with a cross-functional team to develop the manufacturing processes and equipment needed for these sensors.

Job Duties Include:
• Use of hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring equipment
• Must maintain a clean and organized work space
• Must work safely and comply with all ESH regulations

Job Requirements:
- Associates degree in technical field is required
- Must be able to balance multiple priorities and receive direction from multiple engineers as required.
- Should be self-directed and well organized
- Must meet all assigned goals and take initiative to search out assignments when not fully loaded
- Ability to develop Problem solving skills including the ability to diagnose root cause equipment
- Must have a working knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Travel may be required <10% for equipment buy offs at suppliers
- Record keeping of maintenance and equipment status
Ability to create technical documentation and produce technical and or procedural reports, machine specifications and work instructions
Ability to work with engineers on a variety of tasks of differing complexities
