Title: HR Operations Analyst (Oracle HCM)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week; subject to change based on project needs)

Duration: 3 months, with possible extension
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Operations Analyst to support the implementation of a global Oracle HCM platform and ongoing HR operational initiatives. This position plays a critical role in aligning local HR requirements with global standards, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and align HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance requirements across global regions to support scalable, compliant solutions
- Participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, including system testing, requirements validation, and data analysis
- Support business process standardization efforts, ensuring a balance between global consistency and local legal requirements
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and IT teams to resolve system issues, improve workflows, and configure system functionalities
- Maintain documentation of configurations, security, and workflows
- Conduct data audits and validations to ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance adherence
- Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and Oracle reporting tools to support decision-making
- Coordinate project activities including scheduling, tracking tasks, and supporting change management initiatives
- Partner with global HR teams to support communication, training, and adoption of new systems/processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in HRIS administration, HCM system implementation, or HR analytics (preferably in a global setting)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, data governance, and process optimization
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and in a matrixed environment
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Exposure to HR analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
