- Ensures accurate financial reporting through general ledger maintenance and reconciliations, critical for financial integrity.
- Supports the company’s continuous improvement initiatives and post-acquisition integration, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Plays a key role in ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, especially in complex transactions such as revenue recognition and lease accounting.
- Assists in the annual audit process, providing crucial analyses and data for a successful external review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA candidate preferred.
- 3 years of experience in accounting, ideally a mix of public and private sector roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement, GAAP application, and internal control environments.
