Description
- Operation of Pilot Scale Testing Apparatus
- Operating and performing light maintenance on small-scale equipment such as pumps, heaters, and mixers
- Operation of Lab Scale Testing Apparatus
- Preparing Samples for Testing
- Performing various laboratory analytical tests
- Managing Samples for Third Party laboratory analysis
- Managing/communicating data and results
- Maintaining cleanliness of lab and operating areas
Skills & Qualifications
- BS degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Biology
- Associate in Applied Science Degree with chemistry experience and 3 years related work experience
- Experience in benchtop wet chemistry analytical procedures
- Experience with standard laboratory instruments
- Utilization of probes for measuring process variables
- Use of HACH analytical systems, use of analytical balance and volumetric glassware
- Familiarity with Inductively Coupled Plasma - Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES) and Ion Chromatography (IC) analysis
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
