Essential Skills:
- Architectural Expertise: Proficient in architectural design, drafting, and construction document preparation.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for design and drafting tasks.
- Project Management: Experienced in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Registered Architect: Holds a valid architectural license, demonstrating professional credibility and expertise.
- Educational Facility Design: Specialized in K-12 and higher education design, with a strong background in public-use facilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 5 years of experience designing public-use facilities
- Strong design background
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other graphics programs
- Eye for detail
- Ability to see the overall scope of a project
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00
Candidates would receive the standard firm PTO (17 days) and 10 holidays and would receive the firm's standard medical benefits

This is a fully onsite position in Wayne,NJ.
