Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects on time, on specification and on budget, and provides completed documentation. The PM will manage the project from kickoff to postmortem, working with the client, Account Management and balance of team to clarify program design and details. The ideal candidate will have both online and traditional Marketing agency experience on pharmaceutical/healthcare accounts. Project Management executes the strategy that supports service delivery excellence and client satisfaction, making use of best practices across clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, owns and manages project and program timelines for all tactics
- Manages the project lifecycle from inception to completion and is comfortable with workflow processes for multiple tactics
- Manages multifunctional team, including Account, Strategy, Medical, UX, Creative, Tech, QA, et al, to define the overall scope of a project
- Demonstrates effective planning, organization and time management skills and analysis/assessment capabilities
- Contributes in weekly resource planning sessions, evaluates staffing needs across clients and brands, works with other department leads to prioritize work, fills resource gaps and anticipates future resource needs
- Proactively identifies project issues/problems, assists in issue/problem resolution and provides project updates and collaborates with team members to initiate solutions
- Provides concise and appropriate feedback on project inputs, outputs, internal processes and quality assurance measures to the appropriate functional groups
- Enforces quality control standards, ensuring milestone sign-off from cross-capability team members: Creative, Development, QA, Production, Editorial and Studio departments
- Maintains a solid grasp of performance metrics, creative development and cross-channel technology implementation
Requirements:
- BS / BA degree
- Advertising Agency experience- Healthcare a plus
- 2 Years of Project management experience
- Both Online and Traditional Marketing experience
