***CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER***
Job Description:
Seeking Project Manager with in the has managed past industrial construction projects and have an OSHA 30 certification. Job duties are below!
1. Implement building construction projects to support site.
2. Coordinates construction scheduling and communication.
3. Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects.
4. Act as liaison between in-field construction and project management.
5. May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders.
6. Supervises construction activity in the field.
7. Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, NAMC shops, PC, and PE.
8. Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling.
9. Have knowledge of general building construction methods.
10. Monitor equipment installation methods for confirmation that installation meets specifications and drawings.
11. Coordinator RFI’s and CCR’s
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1. 5 years in construction management.
2. Bachelors Degree or Associates and 10 years experience
3. Industrial construction and project management
4. OSHA 30 certification
5. Contractor management- Safety, Project Planning, Technical Review, etc.
