What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Pharmacist position at Actalent?
Description:
Prescription Review/Data quality reviews- checking prescriptions going in and out of the Pharmacy. Verifying all the data and all of the clinical, quality, and drug utilization review are correct. Making sure the appropriate medication, dose, strength, directions, quantity, safety, and patient information etc are correct. Check incoming and outgoing prescriptions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum Required: 1 - 2 years of professional experience as a Pharmacist in a retail or specialty pharmacy setting.
- Must have a B.S. Pharm degree. Pharm.D. degree is preferred. Must possess a current and valid Pharmacist state license, in good standing.
