Actalent is Hiring For a Superintendent

Description:

• Ability to manage a project from start to finish ranging in size from $250,000-$750,000.
• Assist project team to produce and execute project schedules with milestones and critical paths, coordinating with project teams.
• Ability to provide precise communication to team members, owners and architects.
• Execute punch list completion in accordance with the project schedule and customer expectations
• Read and comprehend project drawings and specifications
• Ensure all trades have up to date drawings on site
• Complete daily logs and document with pictures
• Follow organizational processes, reporting and risk mitigation measures

Skills:

Construction management, Construction, schedule planning, general contractor, supervision, Commercial construction, Osha 30, Tenant improvement, Subcontractor management, Safety, Project management

• Minimum of 5 years of direct construction management experience.
• Degree in relevant field is not required if individual has acquired experience through carpentry.
• Projects such as tenant improvement and medium sized commercial is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
• Creating relationships and working closely with all subs.
