Description:
- Ability to manage a project from start to finish ranging in size from $250,000-$750,000.
- Assist project team to produce and execute project schedules with milestones and critical paths, coordinating with project teams.
- Ability to provide precise communication to team members, owners and architects.
- Execute punch list completion in accordance with the project schedule and customer expectations
- Read and comprehend project drawings and specifications
- Ensure all trades have up to date drawings on site
- Complete daily logs and document with pictures
- Follow organizational processes, reporting and risk mitigation measures
Skills:
Construction management, Construction, schedule planning, general contractor, supervision, Commercial construction, Osha 30, Tenant improvement, Subcontractor management, Safety, Project management
- Minimum of 5 years of direct construction management experience.
- Degree in relevant field is not required if individual has acquired experience through carpentry.
- Projects such as tenant improvement and medium sized commercial is preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Creating relationships and working closely with all subs.
