If you are a Superintendent with experience, please read on! We're an Iowa-born and raised GC working on Multi-Fam and Commercial projects. To date, we've completed 120 projects and have built 4000 apartment buildings.

You will be responsible for day-to-day management of projects, from project kick-off through to completion. You will oversee all aspects of the project, from quality control to cost control and safety management.

- 6-10 years of Superintendent Experience
- Commercial/Multi-Fam project experience
- Compensation DOE: $110,000-$150,000
