Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts and follow up with customers on overdue invoices
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
- Apply payments to customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Generate aging reports and track collection activities
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues
- Maintain documentation of collection efforts
- Prepare reports for management on AR status and trends
- 2–4 years of experience in AR or collections
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts
