Hiring a SQL DBA for a hybrid development administration role supporting core enterprise systems. This is not a traditional admin-only DBA role. The position is approximately 70% SQL development / 30% administration, with a strong focus on T-SQL, SSIS, and SQL Server development, plus hands-on exposure to on-prem SQL Server infrastructure.
This role supports critical banking systems in a fully on-prem environment and sits on a high-performing enterprise DBA team.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain T-SQL scripts, procedures, and database objects
- Develop and support SSIS packages for ETL and data migrations
- Support SQL Server 2022 (Standard Edition) production environments
- Assist with server migrations, OS upgrades, and platform modernization
- Work in a fully on-prem SQL Server environment (no cloud dependency)
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support
- Collaborate with enterprise application, data, and financial systems teams

Requirements
- 3–5 years SQL Server experience

Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
