Addison Group has an immediate opening for an HR Generalist located in Fort Worth, TX. In this role you will Partner with hiring managers to develop specific criteria for each search, Perform employee relations functions, and Collaborate on and deploy programs to understand and improve employee engagement. Candidates must be open to a Fully on-site Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm schedule.
Must have:
- 3 years of HR Generalist experience. Has touched Recruitment and Employee Relations
- Microsoft Suite, UKG is a HUGE plus!
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
