The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting our hiring needs while proactively building a pipeline of qualified candidates at our Staff Accountant level.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will represent Aduro Advisors at various colleges in the Denver area while building relationships with recent graduates and fostering relationships with universities. We are looking for a highly organized, motivated candidate to join our team. This role will assist with creating a robust pipeline to support our continued hiring needs. Here is the type of work you will do:
- Attend a variety of career fairs in the Denver area and lead university recruiting to attract, hire, and retain the top-tier talent
- Work with candidates regarding interview logistics, conduct first round phone screens and run the hiring process for assigned roles
- Sourcing to build a strong pipeline for current hires through multiple different platforms
- Develop an ongoing program to stay in-touch with prospective candidates for future hiring needs
- Partner with key stakeholders at universities to gain insight into in-person and virtual events
- Support Aduro’s Recruiter in various recruiting efforts
- Organize and track candidate data and in our applicant tracking system, Paylocity
The salary for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role will range from $55,000 - $65,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level.

Requirements
- You have 2 years of recruiting experience
- You have previous experience recruiting for accounting roles at various experience levels is a plus
- Experience working in an ATS
- You are a creative problem solver and love to think of new ways
- You are highly responsive with impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- You have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Willingness to travel for campus recruitment events in the Denver area
- You are self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with the ability to ask for assistance
