Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- First round draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other third parties under attorney supervision
- Ensure that all contracts are properly executed, stored, and maintained in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Work closely with the sales, finance, and other teams to ensure that contract terms and conditions are properly reflected in billing, revenue recognition, and other business processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate contract risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Support the legal team in other legal matters as needed
