Employment Professional - Job Coach
Part Time Position - 20-30 hours/week -
Salary Range: $18.50 to $20.00 hourly based on experience, education, and veteran status.

What You’ll Do as an Employment Professional (Job Coach):
Our Employment Professionals bring our mission statement to life; they are advocates for the people we serve and agents of change in the community. As an Employment Professional, here are some things you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering a person-centered approach of care for each individual, honoring the person’s right of individual choice and input;
- Upholding a calm demeanor during emergency events such as responding to crisis situations (including, and not limited to physical intervention) for the safety and comfort of the workplace;
- Working at the job site with individuals to support both the individual and the employer with effective communication techniques, overcoming barriers to successful job performance and developing natural supports in the workplace;
- Communicating effectively with individuals supported, family members, medical professionals, coworkers, and community members;
- Tracking and recording pertinent data;
Required Qualifications as an Employment Professional (Job Coach):
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a Background Check
- COVID 19 Vaccination Record or Exemption Form.
- High level of professionalism in appearance, actions and dialogue.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to be reliable and consistent.
