Mailroom Coordinator (Recent Graduates) - Carmel, IN
Agility 360 is searching for a Mailroom Coordinator to support our client's mailroom and document overflow. This is a 6 month contract position, on-site in Carmel, IN (with a possibility of contract extension).
Responsibilities:

- Accurately sort, scan, and route documents for multiple departments
- Open, sort, and scan documents according to departmental and client-specific guidelines and expectations
- Prepares mail shipments to clients
- Handle documents with professionalism and discretion
- May be assigned to other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED required
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Quick learner and self-starter mindset
- Previous corporate mail room experience preferred, but not required
Details:
- On-site in Carmel, IN
- 6-month contract (with the possibility of extension)
- 40 hour work week (working hours differ depending on the day)
- I.E. Monday will require a 10 hour shift, Wednesday will only be 6 hours
- 8:00 am ET start Mon - Fri
- Pay: $15/hr
- Must pass a background screening
