Schedule:
Monday-8am-6:30pm EST
Tuesday-8am-4:30pm EST
Wednesday-8am-2:30pm EST
Thursday-8am-4:30pm EST
Friday-8am-4:30pm EST
Job Description:
- Opening Envelopes In the Mailroom
- Sort and deliver interdepartmental mail including notices and memoranda
- Removing insurance papers from envelopes to process
- Sort & deliver incoming mail by department and or employee to ensure timely distribution
- Operate mail machines including the postage meter
Requirements/Duties:
- Previous administrative experience
- Detail oriented
- Administrative skills
