Duration: 24-month Contract
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr on w2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Billing Analyst/Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and billing operations, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and report financial data. This role requires a dependable professional who is self-managed and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
Utilize MS Excel for data reporting, interpretation, and trend analysis.
Generate and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Identify discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
Ensure adherence to financial and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years as an Analyst preferred; 2-4 years of experience in a Billing Analyst role preferred.
Industry Experience: Finance or related billing experience highly desired.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred; High School Diploma accepted with 5 years of Analyst experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (data reporting, interpretation, and trend analysis).
Key Competencies: Dependable, self-managed, proactive, and organized.
