What are the responsibilities and job description for the Records Specialist position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is seeking a Records Specialist for a 3 month contract position in Boston, MA, Preferred candidates who have experience working in a professional office setting, preferably a law firm.
Pay range $17/hr - $20/hr
• Top Required Skills:
1. Must have professional office (preferably law firm) experience
2. Must be proficient in technology and be able to operate MS Word, Excel, TEAMS and various database systems used in office operations.
3. Must have records experience (this is a records position and copying and scanning skills are required).
4. Must be able to perform physical demands of the job (lift boxes, clear file rooms, push carts,)
Qualifications
•High School Diploma or equivalent (4 years of college preferred).
•Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional office environment working in a file or records clerk capacity.
•Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
•Previous experience in a client service-oriented field preferred.
•Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
