This role is designed for a dynamo looking to leverage their financial acumen and negotiation skills to drive evenue growth and compliance within the North American Digital Marketing Sales force from our San Jose office in a hybrid capacity. The successful candidate will engage directly with sales teams to craft and approve deals that not only meet corporate and customer needs but also adhere to policy and maximize profitability. Your mission will involve streamlining the deal approval process, ensuring rigorous compliance with financial and operational policies, and fostering close communication with internal teams to maintain a high standard of deal structuring and closure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline the day-to-day deal approval process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify client needs and structure compliant and advantageous transactions.
- Draft, review, and certify customer contracts, ensuring alignment with Adobe’s revenue recognition policies.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders, providing documented business cases to highlight deal value.
- Continuously evaluate and improve transaction processes and procedures for better efficiency and compliance.
- Proven experience in Finance, Sales Finance, or Deal Desk roles.
- Strong understanding of software revenue recognition and financial compliance.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing Sales, with a strong background in finance or accounting. Familiarity with FP&A, and experience in negotiating and structuring multi-element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services, and support) in a highly dynamic environment is essential.
