Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns targeting developers in the crypto, Web3, and fintech sectors.
- Build and manage content strategy, social media campaigns, and SEM initiatives to drive developer interest and education.
- Lead grassroots developer engagement efforts through hackathons, meetups, and other community-building activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize campaign execution and messaging.
- Monitor and adjust marketing strategies based on performance data, optimizing for key metrics like developer signups and transaction volume.
- Proven track record in executing B2B marketing campaigns in the developer/fintech space.
- Solid understanding of developer audiences and experience in crypto or Web3 markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and performance analysis for clear ROI.
