The ECE Workforce Development consist of twelve weeks of paid training for individuals 18 years and older with a clean recent ( last 10 years) DCF and criminal record and have a love for children and families. Participants will be paid 15.00 per hour /30 hours a week for 12 weeks while training. Enrolled candidates will obtain specific training in Early Childhood development, first aid/ CPR, etc. Upon successful completion of the training an entry level position offer of employment in the Early learning Division will be extended . Successful candidates will also have access to free childcare and transportation costs during training. (* Other restrictions may apply*)
