Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct material and equipment takeoffs and gather vendor pricing.
- Compile labor and material estimates into a comprehensive proposal.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of final estimate packages before formal submission.
- Act as a technical resource for the estimating team, providing guidance to enhance accuracy across trades.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of estimating management experience with heavy industrial construction projects
- Expertise in using industry-standard estimating tools and software (e.g., ProEst, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift) to streamline the bidding and estimation process.
- Ability to lead a team of estimators, provide technical guidance, and ensure the accuracy of project estimates while managing multiple bids simultaneously.
