Position Overview
We are seeking a MicroStation Drafter with experience in civil projects, including residential and commercial developments, to join our team in Houston, TX . The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and designers to produce high-quality plans and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise civil engineering drawings, site plans, and construction documents using MicroStation .
- Work on residential and commercial land development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications and local codes.
- Incorporate redlines, revisions, and feedback into existing drawings.
- Maintain and organize project files, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in preparing exhibits, maps, and as-built documentation as required.
- Coordinate with survey teams, architects, and other disciplines to integrate designs.
