Position Title – IT Desktop Support
Hourly Pay Rate (w2 Role) - USD 25.00 /hr
Contract for 6 months - 1 year contract
Onsite

Job Summary
Job Qualifications
Required
- Professional education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT support role
- Experience supporting and evaluating multi‑vendor technology solutions
- Background working within multi‑disciplinary teams in complex project environments
- Experience interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in supporting Windows operating systems, including corporate image installation and maintenance
- Experience with M365 administration and troubleshooting (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, BitLocker, etc.)
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Solid understanding of Exchange, Unified Communications, Active Directory, SCCM, Windows, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MS Office, web applications, and emerging technologies

Responsibilities
- Provide PC and mobile device support across the corporate headquarters and surrounding campus
- Perform inventory management for IT‑related assets across the North America region
- Manage day‑to‑day Level 1 and Level 2 IT requests, including walk‑ups and remote support
- Use the IT ticketing system to ensure service levels are consistently met
- Support global Level 3 IT teams with on‑site hands/eyes assistance as needed
- Deliver white‑glove support to senior leadership
- Perform hardware support for printers, workstations, mobile devices, and collaboration room equipment
- Maintain accurate records using an IT asset management system
- Coordinate with local IT procurement teams when required
- Participate in IT initiatives and projects
- Maintain and update documentation repositories
