Job Title: Bilingual Medical Collections Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX
Position Overview:
Client is seeking a Bilingual Medical Collections Specialist to join their Central Billing Office in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position offering excellent growth potential, stability, and monthly performance bonuses upon permanent conversion.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, has a solid background in customer service or call center operations, and preferably has experience with medical collections or healthcare billing. Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.
Schedule:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends)
Rotating Weekly Shifts (must be flexible for all):
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- One week per month: four 10-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break daily
Note: Strict attendance policy – no absences, tardiness, or schedule changes allowed during the 120-day contract period.
Requirements: Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Preferred: Experience in medical collections or healthcare billing

- Ability to retain and manage large volumes of information

- Must have reliable personal transportation (location is not on a bus line)
