Position : Bilingual Medical Collections Specialist/Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location : 4040 N Central Expressway Dallas, TX 75204
Hours: Rotating Shifts weekly : Monday through Friday-NO WEEKENDS 8:00am-5:00 pm, 9:00 am-8:00 pm or 11:00am-8:00 pm
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS
- 3 weeks they work either 8-5 or 11-8 and one week out of the month they work 10 hour shifts 4 days per week 9 am- 8 pm
- They are not allowed to cash in sick, be late or change their schedule for the 120 days that they are in contract.
- 1 hour lunch
Any Bonuses or Perks Available:
- Bonus Available Monthly once they go Perm
Contract/Contract to Hire/Perm:
- 120 day Contract to Hire (About 4 Months)
Work Authorization Required:
- Must be Us Citizen
Onboarding:
- Must be able to Pass Background Check
- Drug Screen Required
- Be Willing to Get or be up to date on all vaccinations (not Covid)
Needs:
- TB Test
- Flu Shot
- TDaP
- MMR
- Vericella
- Must have at least a high school Diploma
Candidates Must Have:
- MUST be Bilingual in both Spanish and in English
- Medical Collections Experience Preferred
- Must have at least 2 years of Customer service or call center experience.
- Attendance and Punctuality are crucial-No late arrivals and no absences allowed while under contract
- Must be able to retain and learn a large amount of information in order to be successful in position
- MUST LIVE IN DALLAS or within 20 Miles of 75204
- Must have your own reliable transportation-NO Bus line
