Job Description
As a Entry Level Customer Service Assistant at Veritas Recruiters, you will be the main point of contact for clients and candidates, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and maintaining a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist candidates with application processes, interview scheduling, and job placement inquiries.
- Resolve client issues and provide solutions to maintain positive relationships.
- Keep accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
