To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The successful candidate must have POS and cash-handling experience, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. The following are additional essential elements of the position: Work weekends & holidays on a flexible schedule. Any employee over 21 years of age is required to have a valid TAPS card.

- Assist guests in locating merchandise
- Possess a functional knowledge of outlet's products and inventory
- Operate point of sale system, making change, reconciling cash/credit at close of shift
- Restock, price, and merchandise product
- Maintain a clean shop
- Inventory and shipping
- Other duties as assigned
