ACU is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Member Service Specialist II (MSSIII to join our exceptional team, you'll have the opportunity to work in all thirteen branches of our credit union. What you'll do:
- Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way - in person or by phone
- Handle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our members
- Become the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashing
- Manage accounts with the utmost attention to detail
- Take charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cards
- Assist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards
- Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Showcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employees
- Attend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessions
Branch Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday- 10:00am-2:00pm
The pay range:
$18.50 - $32.89.
Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time. The target hiring range for this role is $18.50-$25.74.
What you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of financial institution experience
What you'll bring:
- One to two years of financial institution experience – bonus points if you’ve handled loans and new accounts!
- Quick and accurate computer skills – numbers don't scare you
- Friendly and great with people – you'll make members feel welcome
- Problem-solving skills – you're like a detective with answers!
- Good at writing and talking – communication is your superpower
