Job Title: Upholsterer Insider / Manufacturing
Department: Upholstery
Location: Plant 3
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt – Hourly Pay
Schedule: M – Th 6:00 am – 4:30 PM
Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis.

Overview of Responsibilities
- Upholstery Insiders make, repair, or replace upholstery for high end household furniture.
- Fit, install, and secure material leather or fabric on wooden frames.
- Using manual and powered tools to secure components into place.
- Align parts and material to ensure proper assembly.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of furniture Upholsterer Insider experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Must be flexible to work overtime when required.
- Able to stand for 10 hours.
- Able to use hand tools/air tools/staple gun for 10 hours.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 50lbs.
