American Process Management (APM) is hiring a Financial Analyst to support capital projects over $500 million. This position will include the option to work from home with travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Engage with project teams to develop and maintain project budget and forecast
- Lead meetings to review project actuals, variance, and forecast
- Conduct detailed analysis of project financial actuals, cash flows, estimates, and budgets
- Provide financial variance explanations at the monthly, annual, and project level
- Build project work order structures and account codes
- Develop monthly financial accruals to keep projects SOX compliant
- Communicate forecast changes, variances, and areas of risk
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
