Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a WI or compact RN license and at least 2 years of recent ER experience.
Details
- Position based in a hospital Emergency Department
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Care for a diverse patient population presenting with emergency conditions
- May work varied shifts as required by the department
Requirements
- Active WI or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years recent ER nursing experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (RCIS and RQI certifications not accepted)
- No gaps of 90 days or more in work history within the last 12 months
- SSN required and must be able to provide documentation; Canadian SIN not accepted
- Certifications must be valid for the duration of the assignment
- Must not be currently employed as permanent staff at any location within the health system
Additional Information
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
- Required to clock in and out using the electronic timekeeping system
- Cannot have certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment
- Must be resigned in the HealthTrust HR System if previously employed by the health system
- Adherence to hospital dress code and policies required
