Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long Term Care position with 12-hour flexible shifts and a minimum of one year recent LTC experience.
Details
- Position is in a long term care setting within a nursing facility
- Patient population consists of long term care residents
- Shifts are 12 hours, 06:45 to 19:15, with flexible scheduling
- 13-week contract assignment
- No local candidates permitted; must live more than 65 miles from the facility
Requirements
- Active West Virginia or compact RN license required
- Minimum of one year recent experience in long term care required
- Certifications must be from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- No certifications can expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
- US Social Security Number required for consideration
- No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care for long term care residents in accordance with established care plans
- Compliance with vaccination requirements for COVID and Flu is mandatory
- Candidates must not be considered local per the 65-mile radius rule
