What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi-Site Leasing Consultant position at AMLI Management Company?
AMLI Residential has a great opportunity for someone looking to work at a new lease-up! We are looking for candidates with solid customer service and sales skills who want to be our next Multi-Site Leasing Consultant at our two luxury apartment communities in Austin, AMLI North Park and AMLI on Aldrich. AMLI North Park is one of our newest properties and is currently in lease-up.
Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to maximize the property's occupancy. The role includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease documentation. You also have the opportunity to host and plan resident events and use your marketing skills.
Duties Include:
- Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs.
- Timely and accurately process all required administrative forms, leases, and related information.
- Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints, helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment.
- Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically.
- Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager, including participation in resident activities.
- Shop competition regularly.
- Maintain professional office appearance, amenity areas, model apartments, and community. Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.

Requirements:
- We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills who love working with people. Previous experience in Retail, Hospitality, Food Service, or apartment Leasing is a big plus.
- HS/GED required college, which is a big plus.
- Saturday availability is required; off on Sundays.

Salary : $200,000 - $215,000
